What Happened
Both Azuria and Vermeil are on their way to being destroyed.
An egg is found just when all hope is lost. There is a Rathalos inside, a species that is thought to be dead.
But this shaky light of hope goes out quickly, making way for the darkness of depression.
Not just one Rathalos came out of the egg, but two. They both have the Skyscale marking, which reminds people of the terrible civil war 200 years ago.
A lot of wild species are in danger of going extinct, and the nature world is on the edge of being destroyed. In the midst of these dark times, war starts up again.
There are two countries and two Rathalos.
They set out on a trip to find the truth, but fate blew in their faces as they did so.
